I’m a bit older and most of our black representation shows were American like moesha, Fresh prince, Kenan and Kel but as south Asian we only had goodness gracious me. Nothing I can recall for kids.

Agree, I dnt understand why they just can't make shows wit blk ppl just bein different types of blk fm the blk perspective. Why's every show a lesson? While it's gud in sum ways it nt always needed.

so I’m a white guy so please if I’m wrong say but I dunno if it was Tokenism but it was very much “today we are doing this” but it was more from an education pov. Especially for religion too
