im scared to try cause of the texture. is it consistent throughout the whole crab? or do the dried guts and eyes have a different texture and flavour profile from the shell and legs?

My SIL sent us these in a care package from Japan. I liked the legs and claws and the overall sweetness, but the extra fishiness inside the body was too much for me.
