@melissas_healthykitchen: QUICK + EASY HALLOWEEN LUNCH IDEAS Welcome to episode 44 of my spooky eats series. Today I’m sharing with you 4 different quick and easy Halloween lunch ideas. That are so festive and extra delicious! Save this one for later and follow along for more spooky eats! Spider uncrustables: using a small jar press into preferred slices of bread. Spread desired nut or seed butter and jelly of choice. Stick 4 gluten free pretzels on each side. Place some nut butter on 2 candy eyes and place on top. Frankenstein wraps: Slice wrap in half, I used organic veggie wraps for mine. To one half spread mustard and mayonnaise. Top with turkey + provolone cheese, and roll up. Place cucumber + olives for eyes, roasted sushi for hair and stitching, and red bell pepper for mouth. Stick toothpick on both sides and add cubed cheese of choice. To the other half add tuna salad and follow same instructions for toppings. Mini naan pizza bites: spread some organic tomato sauce on garlic mini naans, sprinkle raw cheddar cheese or any shredded cheese you like on top, and bake on 350 F for 3-4 minutes. Top with an olive spider. Apple spider webs: spread nut or seed butter on apple rounds. Add 8 broken pretzels to top forming a star. Start at the center and drizzle circles using melted white chocolate around pretzels, run toothpick through the circles to create the web look.
