the worst thing is, a pharmacist told me my scalp was too oily and that I shouldn't wash my hair too often. Like, wait at least 4 days. I thought they should know better..obviously not 😅

I'm not hair training though, I just can't wash it more than twice a week because my hair feels stripped so I usually just wash it once a week 🤷🏽♀️
