If the left hand turn car and the right hand turn car both have a SHARED green light, the right turn car has the right of way unless there are 2 lanes. In the case that there are 2 lanes available...

This depends on the state. In AZ, all left hand turns must yield, even if they have a green arrow to someone making a right on red. It's whack.

Wrong , you must maintain the lane closest to you , the driver turning left must use the lane that the other didn’t turn into , this is so both lanes can turn.

for the 2nd question. you're supposed to turn into the closest lane to you. so you can't jump 2 lanes over when turning right. same for the person going left

(In Texas)the answer to the 2nd question is..the person making a rt turn has to go to the nearest lane.but a person making a left turn doesn’t have to choose the most nearest lane to them.
