Here’s how we made the steak: Step 1: Season the steak Step 2: Set to 131°F for perfect medium-rare. Step 3: Sous vide for 1-2 hours. Step 4: Pat the steak dry. Step 5: Sear in a hot pan for 1 minute on each side to get a good crust. Now, I know this video wont do well, but the kids wanted to record us cooking, and I don’t usually film on Saturdays, so we kept it simple.
