I had those, and salicylic acid didn't help me unfortunately. But glycolic/lactic acid totally helped clear me up. Starting seeing results in about a week, hope this helps someone!

I use the mandelic and lactic acid exfoliant from Paula’s choice would this also help clogged pores ? My face isn’t too oily either. It’s more on the dry side.
