agree. no work is done in the office. it's distracting, loud, uncomfortble and noise. also expensive to get in. sick time. ive been sick as a dog after the last 2 visits in!

Unless you have specific on site kit /resources you must interact with that cannot possibly be done remotely there is zero need to go on site/in office

I came into the office and worked 95% by myself because the setup was better. I had no distractions and it was easier to get work done.
