Use hypoallergenic gel if you have an allergic reaction, if you want to use gel polish during pregnancy or breastfeeding (which I do not recommend) or just if you want to be sure you are safe.

I have allergy I stop doing my nails for 2 years and I have done again 3 weeks and I don’t have allergies 🙏🏻 and I feel I just go doing something for don’t come back the allergy. I hope you feel

Same mine started with allergic reaction to the glue from eyelash extensions. Just happened all of a sudden. Then it started with my nails. Each time was worse. It’s an acrylate allergy.

Make sure you know where are you going. Read a label on the products first… it’s a whole list of ingredients which are banned but a lot of nail techs ignore it …

I’m the same! I can use the press on nails and not have a problem. So that’s what I use! Every 2 weeks I put on a new set!!

My nails did the same after years of gel polishing 😭 almost my whole nail got lifted up and took me 3 months to grow them normal again… they still glow slightly blended🥺

Had the same issue but it had to do with the fluid thatthey used for the gel powder. It contained a chemical substance that was illegal. Don't have any problems anymore since I switched salons.

Not fungus, it’s dermatitis and allergy to the chemicals in jell polish and possibly monomer. Every time you it it, it will get worse. Time will heal but you hopefully can use regular polish. ❤️

Yes I was a nail tech and I formed and allergy exactly the same and went from acrylic to gel and same thing happens and now I can’t use gel polish either
