i just found your video, and when i say say i immediately started sobbing when you said: “we’re sorry”. I’ve never seen some one articulate so articulate what ill like to say to my loved one. After my episodes I feel so out of sorts, like i can’t even recognize myself. I know it’s hard to be around me sometimes and it’s so scary knowing that you are the one hurting the people you love. This touched me so much, it kind of made me feel acknowledged that it’s not my fault but they still don’t deserve what i make them go through

My 16 yr old dtr has BPD. She is adopted. One day she asked me if I knew I was “ getting all this” when we adopted her. I said we knew and we are never going anywhere.

I can’t keep giving chances. When someone ( my mother) doesn’t wk with or acknowledge her BPD as she doesn’t all the time she causes so much damage and pain. It’s been life destroying
