Hai dok, please help me, for 5 years my neck and stomach muscles have been tense. It feels tight but not painful. Every time I bend over, I stand up, my upper stomach feels stiff and pulled and makes my breathing uncomfortable. Likewise, there is pressure on the back of my head because the muscles are very tense.are botox is good for me, I used to have a history of hypertension but it has been normal for 4 years.
