same and I think today was the most painful migraine of my life! I’ve been in bed all day. The blinds were closed. Couldn’t sleep but couldn’t do anything because moving my eyes hurts.

I really really recommend getting medical Botox done!! I’ve had the same migraine since I was 13 (I’m 17 now) and getting Botox during the summer was the first thing that’s actually made a change!!

yep nearly 13 years I've been suffering. I had mild headaches everyday that I just " get on with " and then I'll be hit with a chronic migraine it's like a constant build up 🥺

have you tried a migraine cap? it has gel on the inside and can block light if you put it over your eyes if ur sensitive to light, the gel cools after being in the fridge and it’s been a lifesaver for me!

cluster headache over here with daily ocular migraine. it's the worst. thankfully i have the best bf to get me trouwens the worst. sometimes i have 8 attacks a day..
