I ordered 10,000 5.56 NATO rounds from Palmetto State Armory and I got a small pallet delivered to my door in 4 days. Walmart policy isn't law, just shop elsewhere if they want to "report" your purchase.

I mean i could see having to do something for it because it’s 100 box’s of ammo there could be 50 or 100 bullets in a box so it could be 5000 or 10000 bullets so I understand have to do something
