AIN'T NO WAY. I had piriformis syndrome! I couldn't get any treatment either. What helped me was changing up my exercise routine and kind of doing my own PT. Mine sounded less severe than yours tho.

Ooh I’m from Omaha, and the doctors here are great. Especially at UNMC and Methodist. I’m glad you were able to get that muscle removed, you seem to be in good spirits ❤️❤️

I understand to a degree. Running caused early onset arthritis in my hip and knee. So much pain and difficulty in getting up off the floor. I was lucky that rehab helped. So sorry!
