a better solution is to get a Vodafone eSIM card with unlimited data that allows you to make phone calls not just data. When you need to call the restaurant you want to make reservations you can.

this is great advice. you can also buy a physical sim card from other countries but make sure you have a month or two before you travel for physical cards

As someone who just traveled from Canada to Europe, I approve this message. I bought the eSIM for all of Europe before I even flew and it made my travel so easy!

Esim didnt work for me in bali. so a Sim was so much easier. my friends had the Esim and it ran out so fast and had to top it up. they got a Sim in the end.
