incline walking and swimming was how I started too! I then realized I can read while incline walking, read the entire throne of glass series at a 10% incline

I do zumba classes at my gym. it's movement, gets my heart rate up, and I enjoy it. eventually I'll do other things but for now this is what gets me to the gym and working out and comfortable.

I hit a plateau recently and started walking and I can see results! I was doing workouts I hated and didn’t enjoy. I enjoy walking and look forward to it
