So with Disney it’s kind of hard to say for sure. Preshows I feel like contribute to your experience of the ride. So I feel like the time should have been paused while you were in the room.

I stop the timer at the pre-shows because some of them are so long like cosmic rewind with not one, not two, but three rooms for pre-shows sort of for the first room.

Disney’s wait times are based on how long it gets to the pre-show, so I think they are doing pretty good.

Technically once you get into the room with the tv indicates the wait time.

Disney counts their wait time as when you enter the pre-show as that is when they indicate the start of your experience ☺️so looks like you actually only waited about 23 minutes!

Disney sets the wait times to when you get in the pre show. So as soon as you got in the room where you watch the tv, timer should end. Under hits.
