From experience them ole New Holland fuel systems take a lot to purge, I had to work on my dad's tractor & holy hell what a time consuming process till I figured out to crack the main line at the pump

it's the two bolts on the top half of the injection pump that are horizontal are bleeder screws.

That line going back to the filter is a return line. That’s where you bleed it at

the cold start feature only allows more fuel for cranking. doesn't change the base timing of the pump

Don’t use starting fluid it’s the lazy option. Fill filter crack 1 and 6 injector pipes till fuel comes and caw over till start easy

If you have anywhere, you can put a quick connect port for a pressure gauge in the one in and then run a line from that to either a pressurized tank full of fuel or another engines pressure checkpoint

get someone to crank it while you constantly spray diesel into the air intake with a spray bottle. works like a charm!

a higher gpm lift pump will help. dont look at just high gpm though. ideally a 75 psi lift pump will be a lot better than that little put put lift pump

Screw in front of the delivery valves with the flattip screw and a jam nut is your fuel screw if you need to give it a little extra fuel.

Take a air hose put it in the filler neck with a wet rag around it crack the injector line and it will push the fuel right to it
