I’ve been saying this for SO long!! They stall your order. Or even worse, they pick up your order and drive towards you, but then park their car for 20 minutes hoping you’ll cancel your order…

I had an Uber delivery person go and take a 20 min break with my SMOOTHIES on a 33degree calcius day and then backtrack to me. I asked if they were lost and they just said no. I changed the tip to 0.
