@julsbakeryy: BROOKIES 🍪🍫 Recipe for the brownie batter: • 200g dark chocolate • 170g butter • 160g sugar • 70g brown sugar • 3 eggs • 100g flour • 2 tablespoons cocoa Recipe for the cookie dough : • 115g butter (melted) • 165g brown sugar • some vanilla extract • 230g flour • 150g chocolate chips Instructions: Melt the butter and chocolate for the brownie batter. Beat the sugar with the eggs until frothy, add the melted chocolate and butter mixture and mix again. Then add the flour and cocoa powder and fold in. For the cookie dough, mix the melted butter with the sugar. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Finally, fold in the flour and then the chocolate chips. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees fan. Now alternate between first the brownie batter, then the cookie dough and layer them. Bake the brookie for approx. 35-40 minutes. It should still look a little runny and raw when you take it out of the oven, but it will firm up a little when it cools. Finally, add a little salt to the top.
