Popeye's Strength number did NOT go up to 63! it went up to 25. He had a normal strength of 18 (63). In 1st edition PCs with 18 strength also had a percentage number after the 18 to get higher bonuses

My dm is using Google docs to show us what’s happening so we were in a governors building and so there was a gnome with a hammer, the mimic from fnaf with the cod lightning gun and Homer Simpson
