Follow 👉 @bettercheatmeals if you want to hit your nutrition goals and eat the food you love. 👊 Serves: 4 🍝🍝🍝🍝 🍝 Ingredients -1 lb (450 g) ground beef 95/5 or better -1 small finely diced onion -2 cups (130 g) dry protein pasta (NZ/Aus: Vetta, USA:Brami, UK: Low Carb Italy) -1 can undrained diced tomatoes -1 cup (240 ml) bone broth -3 tbsp (28 g) tomato paste -1 tsp Italian herb seasoning -1 tbsp (15 g) yellow mustard -2 cups (200 g) low-fat cheese (divided in half) -½ tsp salt -¼ tsp pepper 👨‍🍳 Instructions -Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). -In a large bowl, mix together the uncooked ground beef, onion, dry pasta, diced tomatoes with their juice, bone broth, tomato paste, mustard, 1 cup of the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. -Divide the mixture evenly among four oven-safe 600 ml glass bowls. -Cover each bowl tightly with aluminum foil. -Place the bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. -Remove from oven, carefully uncover (watch for steam), and stir each portion. -Top each bowl with the remaining cheese. -Return to oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly. -Let cool for 3-5 minutes before serving. This was delicious! In pak n save in NZ I couldn't find light cheese or pasta so I substituted and used mozzarella 1 cup & wholemeal pasta. I was skeptical the pasta wouldn't cook but it did!! Thank you definitely making this often & bonus it's budget friendly!! Yayyy 😀👏
