@lawnsingoodnick: Feature garden work is underway!!! Doing the best I can to remove the indestructible super plant that is Kikuyu, starting with 2 lots of roundup so that I can give the feature garden and new lawn variety that’s replacing it the best chance to flourish 🌼 I thought about not really highlighting this part of the process on social media but even though some people might flip out (🍿) I decided to make videos about it to show how I’m going about removing an invasive grass type that might be helpful to others in having success with it, as well as bring some awareness to wearing the recommended PPE when using these readily available Glyphosate based products 🤞 So excited for how the final product of this space will turn out!!!! 🌟✅💯 #lawntok

Yer roundup ain’t killing Kikuyu… I tried for 2yrs with no luck.. ended up having to dig out around 600mm of dirt and then let it sit over winter while killing spots where it would come up.
