🔥Move of the Week: Single Knee Chest Opener (flying option) This is a fantastic upper body move that targets the entire body. The option to fly is a great way to challenge yourself advanced clients in a safe and effective way. Sound on for tips! 🔥Resistance: at least 3 light springs (grey on the Minis) 🔥Duration: Starts at a minute 🔥Form/Alignment: Kneel midway on the carriage facing the back with the cables in your hands.
