7/10 I’m no expert but I do do gymnastics but when your doing a straight back you don’t want to throw your head back you also want to set up by when you jump up put your arms by your side 🔥🔥

not to bad but it looked like you were going to do another handspring and the power for the back tuck wasnt alot id say take longer lower hurdles and stretch out you backhandspring then jump higher
