I LOVE my spectra. The settings I do are letdown 70 and vacuum 5 (5min), press bacon button and do 54 and vacuum whatever is comfortable (5min), then letdown 70 and vacuum 5 (5min), then 38 and vacuum

I love this pump it empty’s me out so good I usually do 70 bacon mode for 1 minute then switch to 46 on level 7 for about 15 min then go to 50 level 8 for remaining

Go online and get the adaptor part that allows you to pump directly into bottles. Just google spectra adapter and whatever type of bottle you use.

I have the pink one and I just used cycle 70 for let down & switch to 54, 50, & 46 (just switch back when you notice no more milk is coming out)
