@jeanineraine: Down 210 pounds and still going strong! From barely making it five minutes on the treadmill because of back pain to doing sprints as my warm-up – what a journey! 🏃🏽♀️💥 I love starting with 30-second sprints, usually doing 4-6 rounds, and even though I haven’t been as consistent with them lately, I’m ready to bring them back. Just like everything else in my weight loss journey, it’s all about patience, growth, and trusting the process. This didn’t happen overnight, but I’m so proud of how far I’ve come. 🌟 #ProgressNotPerfection #WeightLossJourney #SprintGoals
