@not.gwy: calorie deficit works🫶🏻 here’s a story kung paano ako nagcome up sa pagka caldef. I used to be so thin before like I was 52 kg, nagvovolleyball ako non and nadepress for some reason kaya din sobrang payat ko, then nag 3rd year ako and dun nagstart na kain kami palagi ng kain ng bf ko, kahit anong cravings namin ay bibilhin at kakainin namin. nagstop na ko magvball non dahil sa sobrang busy and di rin masyadong nakakalabas kaya halos kain tulog at acads lang inaatupag. Then boom, tumaba na ako and dun na nagstart ang insecurities ko lalo kapag may nagsasabi na “antaba mo na ah”. Sobrang sakit hahaha nasanay akong payat kahit kain ako ng kain dati pero ngayon sumobra ako sa katabaan na umabot ako sa 62kg. yes 62kg. Malalaki po ang built ng muscles and buto ko and athlete din po ako nung elementary. Marami akong pictures sa phone ko na hindi ko na iipost dahil napapangitan ako sa sarili ko. Nagtry ako magbawas ng kain pero hindi ko alam bakit walang nangyayari, also nagbubuhat din ako ng mga plates and dumbell like parang naggygym na din dito sa bahay pero wala pading nangyayari. And finally, nalaman ko ang calorie deficit and dun ako nakakita ng changes, kumakain padin ako sa mga fast food pero bawas na, and I can say, calorie deficit really works! normal padin naman na tumaba or pumayat ka, you’re still beautiful and amazing kahit anong itsura pa yan, choice din natin if magpapaaffect tayo sa sinasabi ng iba, ako as super sensitive na tao ay di ko kinaya ang pangbabodyshame ng mga kakilala ko. Ngayon kahit papaano ay nabuilt ko ulit ng paunti unti ang confidence ko. And today, I am proud to say that I did it! proud of u, self!💗
