The back movement isn’t even the problem really is the arms being at a 90 degree angle when moving down the arms need to be straightened then curled up other while the muscles isn’t being stretched

Lower weight until you hit perfect form, its not all abt the heavy weight. when you hit 8 perfect reps then u can move up in weight hope this helps anyone
