Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy. Mix the dough: Add flour, salt, and oil to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined no kneading needed. First rise: Cover the dough and let rise for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size. Shape and use: Use for pizza, dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, or bread. Shape as needed, then let rise again for 30 minutes before baking. Bake: Bake at 375°F until golden brown. Baking times vary: Pizza: 15-20 minutes Dinner rolls: 18-22 minutes Bread loaf: 25-30 minutes Cinnamon rolls: 20-25 minutes
