@sunxueling: Met up with our @ICA_Singapore officers this morning who were on duty at Singapore Cruise Centre. Together with senior management, we distributed festive goodie bags and I took the opportunity to pass them individual cards made by my daughter. My daughter had been making cards to encourage a sense of well-being and share positive messages with those who serve our community tirelessly. On a day celebrating light over darkness, I hope joy and lightness accompanies us every step of the way. Wishing our officers good health and safety always! @Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA)
