I get “Alice in Wonderland syndrome” when I have high fever. Things start seeming the wrong size…it’s hard to describe but it’s so disorienting and weird.

If I'm correct, he's having visual hallucinations of shapes going big and small coupled with a sense of doom whenever the shapes getting super big. For me they're mostly a big white sphere

Whenever I'd try to nap while having a migraine I would get this dream that's like a visualization of sound. Loud/low sounds would be big and round while quiet/higher sounds would be spiky and stabby
