Ingredients 4 medium yellow potatoes, peeled and cubed 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder Salt, to taste Red chili powder, to taste Spring roll wrappers, thinly sliced 1 egg, beaten For the Mala Cream Sauce: 3-4 cloves garlic, minced 2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp Mala chili oil 1/2 cup heavy cream Garnish: Spring onions, chopped 1 red chili, finely sliced Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain, mash, and mix with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and chili powder. Roll 1 tbsp of potato mix into a ball and set aside. Coat each potato ball in beaten egg, then cover with thinly sliced spring roll wrappers. Deep fry until golden and crispy. For the sauce, heat oil and add garlic, then add heavy cream mix well then stir in Mala chili oil. Spread sauce on a plate, add crispy bites, and garnish with spring onions and red chili.
