I am so grateful that my Sephora team and I were safe in the back that night. I’m glad my manager opened to the door to a frantic mom telling us we need to run and there was an active shooter.. if she didn’t us.. we wouldn’t have known to go into lockdown.

I was ABOUT to go that evening because of a Victoria Secret sale. I'm glad that I didn't. My sister's friend was inside but was evacuated safely. I'm just glad she's okay
