@nkacyfitness: I don’t do diets. I stick to a healthy sustainable way of eating I keep it simple with lots of protein, complex carbs, healthy fats, veggies and fruits. I drink occasionally but for the last 3 weeks no drinking and eat out 1-2x a week I don’t deprive myself of anything, just have it in moderation. I make simple and healthy food.
