This goes on in December. My parents had a saloon in the 60s and used to serve this to the customers. My mother used to have capers also. The other thing was Tom&Jerrys.

I live in Indiana worked with a guy from Wisconsin and this is 100% a thing. It’s usually at holiday family get togethers from what I have gathered 🤣

I am from and live in Wisconsin, and I have never had this nor will I, but I know people who do it and it’s typically during Christmas, again we are the drunkest state
