I do think there could be something powerful about taking your intrusive thoughts and exposing them, to me it'd be like showing they don't have power over you. But that's not the way to do it

My intrusive thoughts stay in my journal that I bury in the inside lining of my suitcase that stays at the top of my wardrobe. A lot of people’s “intrusive thoughts” are just impulsive thoughts or just straight up bigotry
