Aren’t they supposed to literally release you while having you sign for your stuff upon release?…yes I’ve been to jail lol & that’s how it goes every time. Been released at night & got everything back

Doesn’t work that way in Texas. The moment you get bailed out they give you your personal property back unless it’s directly related to the crime (like a gun or bag w/drugs) I got my stuff every time
