@sei.come.sei: In 1968, NASA commissioned the **Land and Jarman Creativity Test** to measure the creative potential of its scientists. When Dr. George Land and Dr. Beth Jarman extended the test to children, they discovered a surprising result: 98% of young children scored at "creative genius" levels. However, as they grew older, this number drastically declined to just 2% by adulthood. This study challenges us to rethink the systems that shape us and suggests that nurturing creativity from an early age might be the real key to "hiring more geniuses."
