@therealbillyz_: Chicago Squares Week 9: @Chicago Bears 🐻 at @Arizona Cardinals 🔴 The Bears face the Cardinals this afternoon in Phoenix today and this week's pizza is inspired by local favorite, Sonoran hot dog. The pizza starts out with a base of shredded mozzarella, which is topped with all sliced beef hot dogs and diced applewood smoked bacon. After a quick bake in my Gozney Dome S1, it gets finished with an array of traditional toppings starting with diced white onion, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, roasted jalapeño salsa, mustard, and mayo. Like a true Sororan hot dog, this pizza is a banger. The hot dogs and fatty bacon are complemented perfectly with the addition of the fresh veggies, the kick from the salsa, and the acid and creminess from the condiments. Preorders for @pizzamattachicago 's version are open now and the pizza is available for pickup or delivery all day long!
