But it doesn’t make them better than in person job interviews In a Zoom job interview, you aren’t as nervous, you dont have to wear real pants and you don’t have to go anywhere but that doesnt make them better. ✅ In my opion, in person job interviews are better. ✅ Its easier to get a feel for how your answers are landing, you can read their body language and get a feel for the office when you’re in person.
