no egg, no Dijon., no red vinegar?..I used to make traditional Ceasar salads at the table in high end restaurants back I the 90's I also add Tabasco, no salt, anchovies are salty enough, grate garlic

Garlic way too chunky for my taste. Try smashing that garlic with a fork and a little salt...make into a paste

Missing the egg yolk and Dijon . And it doesn’t usually have that much garlic, when garlic clove pass through a garlic press is enough.
