@taylorcassidyj: I would explain the effect this day has for me, but you can see for yourself through the 75+ videos I’ve made teaching Black history, 5 years of creating content uplifting POC and minority groups, speaking on the necessity of education at the UN, and the countless videos encouraging every person to live in love, joy, and empathy to the world. I am devastated today. But I am not without guidance, hope, and tools to move forward. Today I’ll read Maya, listen to Malcolm, be with Black women, and regroup in my safe space. I hope you do the same.
