IEM’s are phenomenal, but only if you are willing to spend a decent amount of money on them. Absolutely worthless if you are buying sets around £100

you just have to get used to the wear of iems because when I first got mine they were so uncomfortable but eventually it went away. Over ears have always made my ears and head wayyyy too hot

IEMs are really amazing, theyre like a good pair of shoes, you gotta break them in and once you do you will never wanna go back to a regular headset trust

inears usually more comfortable, BUT we all have different ears nozzel diameter and eartips matter a lot if you dont willing to invest in custom molded ones you should do the research what iems fit u.

get the zs10 pros there cheap easy to use,lots of size choices and the audio is really good js make sure u have them all the way in.

Get some decent over ear open soundstange headphones instead. Not "gaming" headphones, regular studio headphones. The quality will be MUCH better, and they won't hurt your ears.

I’d recommend a brand like Shure for iems. They are smaller and lighter causing less pain to the inner ear

Get iems with fitted ear pieces like hearsafe. I wear them up to 8 hours a day. Fantastic sound quality, and the earpiece is fitted to your ear

And if you reeeeeally need them to be comfortable for long periods of time you can have custom moulded ones made for your ear shape. They are a bit more expensive but worth it

I had a similar pair for a couple months back to back. iv swapped for an over the head again just to give my inner ear a break. but then my outer ear hurts I can't win 😂
