it's always expensive when you buy convenience food. I feed my family of almost 6 for about $120 a week and that includes meat and fresh produce.

absolutely they don't need the Gatorade, soda or the water. Just drink filtered water at home with some flavor drops it you need some flavor

I buy my meat in bulk, vacuum seal it and then put it in a deep freezer.My expensive haul is usually when I buy household items like cleaning supplies and paper towels. Its $100 more then normal.
