Plus a little bit of extra fresh basil & black pepper for topping! You can find Barilla Pesto and Cabot Cheese at your local Kroger or Albertsons banner store 🛒 Save the full recipe below 👇 and tag us if you give it a try! #BarillaUS #CabotCreamery Pesto Prosciutto & Cheddar Crostini Makes 24 Ingredients: 1 baguette, cut into 24 slices Olive oil, salt and pepper to taste 1 jar (6.2 oz) Barilla Creamy Genovese Pesto 6 oz Cabot Creamery Vermont Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, cut into 24 slices 12 slices prosciutto, cut in half lengthwise For garnish: 1/4 cup finely chopped basil, black pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400˚F. Brush both sides of the bread with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place on a sheet pan and bake for 5-7 minutes, then flip and bake for another 5-7 minutes, until the baguette is light golden brown and toasted. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Spread about 1 tablespoon of pesto on each crostini, then top with a slice of cheddar, prosciutto and garnish with basil and black pepper. Enjoy!
