If you cook with margarine, no oil is needed. Margerine IS oil, just in solid form.

I’ve always been scared of cooking for fear of wasting money and food but I just did this, using some extra tomato instead of the sausage and it’s really good! I’m surprised it even looks pretty too!

I make this but whisk my eggs and pour over all the sausage and potatoes. add cheese and let the eggs cook. it's like the Jimmy Dean breakfast bowls. I divide into individual portion size bowls.
