I feel like “goal” weight isn’t a good metric either. If you’re 300 trying to lose 50 lbs, 250g of protein is still too much. It should be 1g per healthy body weight of their height, like average bmi

It’s now shown that you should eat 1g of protein per lb of lean muscle mass. I’m 100kg, my lean muscle mass is 75kg. I’m literally 3/4th muscle. I’m average yet I’m an anomaly cuz my cardio is shit
