The cheese to potato ratio seems off. I haven't tried it yet but I think I would cut the potato more coin like l. I dunno. Looks good tho.

My gramma has that grater it helps her she got the arthritis my only issue with it is when you get low on the block it gets caught on the sides

The grater is awesome but there is not fine grater like I’d want to use with parmigiano only a large course one. Great for other cheeses. But for precorino Romano or parmigiano… meh
