@abc7chicago: Several monkeys on the loose were captured on video after dozens of them escaped a research facility in Yemassee, South Carolina, on Wednesday. Daniel Vance, who filmed the video, told a local outlet that he was on his lunch break while working as a land surveyor when he spotted the monkeys in a wooded area near the Alpha Genesis Primate Research Center in Yemassee. “I pulled my truck forward a little and realized that it was monkeys, and they were coming out of that tree and shimmying down and going on to the ground,” he told the outlet, and said that he also alerted the research center. #news #monkey #southcarolina
